    PengyTek . 1d ago Have the police come over to take a report and show them where the fallen tree is in relation to the stump. Have them document how far the base of the tree tree is from the stump. Make sure to take pictures as well, the police might you onto neighbors property to get closer pictures if needed. Submit these as evidence in small claims court.

    BillKelly22 • 1d ago Put it on Facebook marketplace for free and someone will come grab it. Free removal. Cedar is very popular wood. Also, I would think paying to have someone come remove it would be cheaper than a survey.

    AdamDet86 23h ago Make sure if you can to document where it originally fell. Take photos/video of where it was pulled, dragged or moved from. Should be pretty obvious due to ruts and torn up ground.
